1.1 Core Concept
Dice&Domination is a high-stakes multiplayer strategy game where players compete to dominate a board by capturing tiles and battling opponents in an arena. After 20 rounds the player with the most amount of resources wins, while those who run out of in-game currency are eliminated. Battles take place in a central arena with dynamic combat mechanics.
2. Gameplay Mechanics
2.1 Board and Tile System
Level Design Layout
The game board is rectangular with a border of tiles, each representing different properties or territories. Players move by rolling dice and can land on different tiles to purchase them with in-game currency. If a player lands on an opponent-owned tile, they must battle for control or pay rent.
The board features 27 unique, color-coded tiles—each with its own name, purchase price, rent and power-ups —echoing Monopoly sets but spiced up with one-minute battles for occupied spaces. Players start with 3 000 Gold and earn another 1000 every lap, rolling dice to move, claim, buy, sell, or rent tiles as an economy takes shape. Winning full color sets unlocks more powerful power-ups, while negotiation, alliances, and those set bonuses add an extra layer of strategy.

2.4 Central Arena Battles
All battles take place in a dedicated battle area in the centre of the board for 60 seconds. The challenger (player who lands on the tile) must fight the defender (tile owner). In addition to the player-vs-player fight, arena bosses spawn to make combat more challenging. Winning the battle allows the victor to steal the tile from the opponent.
